The following conditions apply

Shipping Conditions

We ship to addresses in Germany and in the countries below: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, France excluding overseas territories, Denmark excluding Greenland, Faroe Islands and Channel Islands.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping to foreign islands below is excluded: Greenland, Faroe Islands, Channel Islands.

Shipping costs (excluding statutory value-added tax (VAT))

Within Germany

Standard shipping:
We charge flat-rate shipping costs of 5,99 € per order.
From an order value (gross amount) of 200.00 € we deliver free of charge.

Express shipping:
We charge flat-rate shipping costs of 15 € per order.

Other countries

We charge flat-rate shipping costs in other counties as follows:

EU:

Standard shipping: 15,99 €
From an order value (gross amount) of 500.00 € we deliver free of charge in the EU countries.

Express shipping: 60 €

Non EU (Great Britain , Liechtenstein, Switzerland):

Standard shipping: 30 €

Express shipping: 100 €

Important information for deliveries to countries outside the EU:

For shipments to Non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us but have to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. For details, please contact the competent authorities.

If you are resident in a NON-EU country (third country) and and purchase in our stor, you only have to pay the net price, provided the delivery address is also in a NON-EU country.

Customs duties, import sales tax and handling fees from DHL will not be refunded in case of a return.

Any foreign bank charges incurred are also to be paid by you.

Delivery times

If there is no different delivery time specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered in Germany within 10 – 12 weeks, for deliveries abroad within 12 – 15 weeks after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
